Hi can i use my samung S11 to download games etc from the OVI store  and save them to my sons Nokia 5230 memory card?

The reson being the Nokia is not wi fi

I'm afraid you can't do this since Nokia/Ovi services are available for Nokia devices only.

By the way, bear in mind that playing computer games is neither construstive nor healthy. Generally, the whole idea of mobile phones and electronic devices is not 'healthy' - those devices should be used for work, not for play.

well you can download games from any other website like mobile9.com, an transfer the setup to your son's phone. Installing the game needs just a click.

No problem if you don't have Wi Fi
Activate internet on your phone (Call network customer care) and activate any data plan which your network provided can provide.

Note that downloading of large amount of data without data plans or unlimited data plan may cost very high.

Example of TATA DOCOMO data plan in India:
Activating internet pack of
Rs. 65 gives you 2.5GB free data for one month (2G speed 15-45 Kbps).

AIRTEL internet pack of Rs.98 gives 1GB data for 1 month.
